At Smart Fat Burners, we stand behind the quality of our smart fitness technology and exercise gear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging (essential for electronics and smart gadgets).

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened:

Personal Care Gear: EMS pads, sweat vests, sauna suits, and massage attachments.

Hygiene Items: Yoga mats and intimate performance apparel.
3. Faulty or Damaged Tech
If your smart device, machine, or gadget arrives damaged or suffers a mechanical failure within the first 30 days, please contact us immediately at shopsmartfatburners@gmail.com with:

Your Order Number.

A brief description of the fault.

A photo or short video showing the issue. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or a replacement at no cost to you.
4. Returns Process
To start a return, please email us at shopsmartfatburners@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5-10 business days).
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
