1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer reliable shipping methods to ensure your gear reaches you in peak condition:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24–48 hours. You can monitor the progress of your delivery directly through our website or the carrier’s portal.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all valid residential and business addresses within our service regions. Please note that certain oversized fitness machines may require a physical street address and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Smart Fat Burners is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages & Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged—specifically regarding sensitive electronic components or machine frames—please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact our support team at support@smartfatburners.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can initiate a replacement or claim.
7. Missing Packages
If your tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please check with your local carrier or neighbors before contacting us. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery to the address provided.
